Great experience from start to finish.James suggested a very efficient way to get our load moved from Calgary to Canmore, super helpful and knowledgeable. Used Rockyview to deliver a door from Calgary to Canmore. When the truck arrived I was astonished to see how large the package was with a heavy protective crate around the door. The driver was very helpful and he and my grandson managed to get the door to a secure place. This was not the driver's responsibility - it had been made very clear to me that their responsibility ends with the delivery to the address and the recipient is responsible to deal with the package. I had not worried about this as I expected other people to be present but they were late. The driver pointed out that the package had a "This side Up" sign and advised us to follow this instruction. It would have been a huge problem to us if the door was not delivered successfully. A huge thank you to SAM! A great guy who goes the extra mile!

Very good service……my package was delivered on time and I was asked from the rockyview transport office in advance as to which day and time iam available to take it…..further more the delivery driver also gave a shout half an hour prior to delivery… I will definitely recommend rockyview transport….thanks
