Used Rockyview to deliver a door from Calgary to Canmore. When the truck arrived I was astonished to see how large the package was with a heavy protective crate around the door. The driver was very helpful and he and my grandson managed to get the door to a secure place. This was not the driver's responsibility - it had been made very clear to me that their responsibility ends with the delivery to the address and the recipient is responsible to deal with the package. I had not worried about this as I expected other people to be present but they were late. The driver pointed out that the package had a "This side Up" sign and advised us to follow this instruction. It would have been a huge problem to us if the door was not delivered successfully. A huge thank you to SAM! A great guy who goes the extra mile!
