Not sure what's happening - confirmations between office and drivers isn't happening maybe? I had a parcel picked up in Banff on Tuesday (edit: thinking about it, pick up was Wednesday) , and a week later it's still not been delivered to Calgary. I had given a wrong address initially, but corrected before the parcel was picked up, confirmed they could leave it at our customer's door but none of the confirmed information was passed along to the driver, so they initially tried to deliver to a wrong address, and then attempted delivery yesterday, but no one was home and they didn't leave the parcel. Feel disheartened.
WOW! I just had the most productive, fast and pleasant conversation after calling to ask about my delivery. Every other logistics company gave me the run around and were either hard to get a hold of or hard to talk with on the phone and couldn't give me answers. The lady who answered here simply got my tracking number (From Fast Freight who couldn't seem to help me at all) and knew all my info. She was super friendly and got everything sorted in a matter of minutes. Super impressed, thanks.
I really have to say, the help I received from Sarah and the team on a rush order today was phenomenal. Sarah bent over backwards to get me an order in time to complete a time sensitive job, and I can't thank her and the team enough.Wish I could give 10/5 stars.

Our company, Cal-Don Sharpening has been using this service weekly for over a decade, They were know to us as Canmore courier until recently. Never once have we had a problem. We email that it's ready, they confirm email and it's picked up same day or next day! Easiest courier that we deal with.. Thanks guys and Gals!!
They only come when the want to and not when you need the product it is the worst service you can get if you call your self a Courier Delivery Company you should have service 6 days a week
